Der angehende Bräutigam, der mit seinem Motorrad die Einladungen zu seiner Hochzeit an seine Bekannten verteilte, starb an ein einem Verkehrsunfall. Laut erhaltener Information, hat Mehmet Arı (27), der mit Meliha Küçükistanbullu beschlossen hatte zu heiraten, hat 1 Woche vor der Hochzeit begonnen mit seinem Freund Süleyman Yanık die Einladungen zu verteilen.
Das Motorrad mit dem amtlichen Kennzeichen 07 NER, auf dem sich die zwei Freunde befanden, kollidierte in der Nähe des Friedhofs der Ortschaft Oba mit dem Motorrad mit dem amtlichen Kennzeichen 07 NPE, auf dem das Mustafa Sezen (48) aus der Gegenrichtung kam.
Während Mehmet Arı und Mustafa Sezen im Alanya Staatskrankenhaus, in das sie eingeliefert wurden, durch die Folgen des Unfalls ums Leben kamen, blieb Süleyman Yanık verletzt am Leben. Der Leichnam des Arı, der 1 Woche vor seiner Hochzeit starb, wurde nach dem Nachmittagsgebet im Oba Friedhof und der des Mustafa Sezen im Dorf Akçatı beerdigt.
