Ahmet Cebeci sagte: “Das ungeplante und sehr schnelle Wachstum der Branche, gesetzliche Hindernisse und Einschränkungen, zusammen mit den bürokratischen Hindernissen, mit denen unsere ausländischen Kunden während des Grundbucheintrags konfrontiert werden, hat ein Mißtrauen und eine negative Atmosphäre geschaffen.”.
Der Vorsitzende des Verbands der Bauunternehmer in ALANYA (MÜTBİR), Ahmet Cebeci, hat die Probleme der Baubranche dargestellt und die Lösungswege für diese aufgezeigt. Cebeci, der betont hat, daß die Baubranche in Alanya einen plötzlichen ungeplanten Boom erlebt hat, fügte weiter hinzu “Und daher sind einige Probleme entstanden. Wir sind allein in unserer Branche bei der Bewältigung dieser Probleme geblieben und in vielen Punkten ist die Arbeit ins Stocken geraten. So sind u.a. auf den Zielmarktländern negative Berichte über unser Land und dıe Region erschienen. So sind z.B. für Ausländer errichtete Wohngebäude und Wohnungen nicht gemäß den Vertragskonditionen übergeben worden. Tapu- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen wurde nicht erteilt. Die ungünstige Lage unseres Bezirks bezüglich der An- und Abreise bewirkt, dass es keinen günstigen Luftverkehr für dıe ausländischen Bewohner gibt. Schwierigkeiten bei den Transfers, die Preisanstiege bei den Beschaffungskosten und der niedrige Verlauf des Wechselkurses in Verbindung mit dem rapiden Anstieg der Immobilienpreise haben dazu geführt, daß diese und andere Probleme zunahmen.”.

Its really one of the nice blog that gives the nice info on insects and about the wild plants and animal.I am a wild life photographer and I love to see these type of pictures.I always watch National Geography channel and I really enjoy all the programs of it.Thanks a lot for this blog here.Hoping o see some more pictures like this.
