Maria und Heinz Mulders feierten ihrer Diamantene Hochzeit in Alanya.
Mit dabei natürlich auch der Alanya Bote und die türkische Presse. Familie Mulders, die drei Kinder und drei Enkelkinder haben, kommen schon seit 30 Jahren nach Alanya und haben in den vergangenen 30 Jahren viele Nachbarn und Freunde mit nach Alanya gebracht. Der gelernte Dreher und seine Gemahlin stammen aus Berlin und führen seit 60 Jahren ein glückliches bei Zusammenleben.
Auf unserer Frage, wie die Ehe solange halten konnte, sagte Heinz Mulders, das Geheimnis ihrer Liebe sei: Ehrlichkeit und das Vertrauen zueinander. Auf unserer Frage, wie die Zeit während des Krieges gewesen sei sagte Mulders: İch war 18 Monate im Gefangenschaft in Amerika und 18 Monate im Gefangenschaft in England. Es waren Trotzt allem die schönsten Jahre für mich, denn jetzt bin ich seit 60 Jahren im „Gefängnis“. Seine Frau schaute ihn kritisch an und da sagte er mit einem Lächeln, es sei ja Spaß gewesen. Bedankt haben sich die Mulders bei Katharina und Heinz Weger, für die Einladung in die Türkei, und das die Wegers den Alanya Boten und der wiederum die türkische Presse benachrichtig hat.
Die Mulders hatten 1992 auch die Wegers dazu gebracht, in die Türkei zu kommen.
Seitdem kommen die Wegers auch nach Alanya. Alanya Bote sagt, zur 65-jährigen „Eisernen Hochzeit“ werden wir auch wieder dabei sein.
