In der letzten Ausgabe berichtete ich über einen Mitarbeiter der Telekom, welcher durch einen zuvorkommenden und stets hilfsbereiten Einsatz ,der Telekom alle Ehre verschafft. Was nützt es, wenn es in so einer großen Organisation und dazu zähle ich auch die Dienststelle in der 35.Straße, offensichtlich es nur einen guten Mitarbeiter gibt. Am 03.07.07 wurde mein ADSL- Anschluss angeblich freigeschaltet, bis zum heutigen Tage komme ich immer noch nicht ins Netz, trotz zweimaligem Vorsprechen in der Hauptzentrale in Oba und zweimaligem Erscheinen in der Zentrale in der 35. Str. Die Pflichtbesuche tätigte ich jeweils mit einem Bekannten, der sehr gut türkisch spricht.
Bei der Rechnung wird es wahrscheinlich keine Probleme geben, die wird schon kommen. Seit Freitag den 27.07. hatte bei mir das ganze Haus keine Telefonverbindung. Am Montag den 30.07 hatten dann alle wieder eine Telefonverbindung, bis auf meine Wenigkeit und der Nachbarin über mir. Ein Anruf meiner türkischen Nachbarin bei der Telekom, sorgte zumindest für ein Erscheinen eines Technikers (ich hoffe, es war einer). Der vermeintliche Techniker der Telekom bestieg einen Mast vor dem Hause und begab sich anschließend zu seinem Fahrzeug. Der Mann meiner Nachbarin erkundigte sich bei dem Mitarbeiter der Telekom nach dem Stand der Dinge und erfuhr, das dieser noch einmal den Hauptkasten in der Nähe inspizieren muss, dann wird der Schaden heute noch, oder spätestens morgen behoben sein. Das war am Donnerstag den 02.08., bis heute Funkstille, es sind ja erst 11 Tage vergangen. Mit Sicherheit wird auch in diesem Fall die Rechnung vor der Schadensbeseitigung eintreffen Wenn man sich allerdings mit solchen Aktionen zum Drittland degradiert und erst bei Ländern, die mit der Telekommunikation Schritt halten, erkundigen muss, wo denn der Fehler liegen könnte, erscheinen mir 11 Tage bis jetzt, als keine zu lange Wartezeit. Vielleicht muss man ja auch in ein anderes Land , wo auch die Sonne scheint ziehen, um ungestört im Internet surfen zu können, oder mit Freunden zu telefonieren Ein touristischer Fortschritt ist es jedenfalls nicht, wenn auf einmal alle auf dem Handy anrufen und fragen:“ Was ist mit deinem Telefon, oder Internet. Da könnte schon so manch einer denken, in so einem vorsintflutlichen Land, möchte ich niemals wohnen, auch nicht auf Zeit.
