Mit jahrelanger Verspätung ist nun endlich das europäische Gesetz zur Vermittlung von Versicherungen und Geldanlagen in deutsches Recht umgesetzt worden und im Mai 2007 in Kraft getreten.
Brüssel hatte mit dem Gesetz eine fünfjährige Übergangsfrist zur Umsetzung zugestanden, welche die Regierung Schröder nicht nutzte.
Nun war Tempo geboten, weil Brüssel sich nicht länger hinhalten lassen wollte.
01. Es gibt eine Registrierungspflicht für Versicherungsvermittler. Die Registrierung erfolgt durch die Industrie- und Handelskammern. Ein Sachkundenachweis ist erforderlich. Auch hier gilt eine Übergangsfrist, und zwar bis zum Jahr 2009. Es ist kein Qualitätsmangel, wenn ein Vermittler jetzt noch nicht registriert ist.
02. Es ist zwingend der Abschluss einer Vermögenschadenhaftpflichtversicherung nachzuweisen.
03. Jeder Vermittler ist zu einer ausführlichen schriftlichen Dokumentation seiner Beratungstätigkeit verpflichtet.
04. Nebenberuflich in der Branche Tätige, Hausfrauen, Feierabendberater u. a. dürfen nur noch in Ausnahmefällen tätig werden – und nur, wenn sie unter dem Dach eines für sie Haftenden arbeiten.
Für den Verbraucher ist damit – endlich – ein größerer Schutz gegeben – und die Versicherungsverkäuferlyrik wird auf Tatsachen hin eingedampft.
Zu hoffen ist, dass wie in den Vereinigten Staaten üblich, eine halbjährliche Auffrischung der Kenntnisse eingerichtet wird. Dann wird sich weiter die Spreu vom Weizen
unterscheiden.

Speaking to somebody rather than at all of them is often what makes us subscribe to a high quality blog site like yours. Once i read things that can easily touch me, or even bring tears really to my eyes, then I will be a reader for life-long period. I can read additional blogs that are educational, but they often feel as if they are “telling” me anything rather than “sharing” something with me. Those are sites I only study sporadically. I don’t want to be “talked at”. I want to be “talked to”. Your blog post does accurately that. Talks to you and not at a person. That is why it is one among my personal favorites. Thank you.

Ive been meaning to read this and just never obtained a chance. Its an issue that Im incredibly interested in, I just started reading and Im glad I did.
